P.E.N. Television Inc. is a domestic corporation registered in the State of New York. We are an educational television network committed to broadcasting positive entertainment & news that promises to challenge, empower, and prepare our teen population for global leadership.

P.E.N. Television Inc. was established in 2003 as a solution to address many of the communal problems that plague America’s teen population. Recognizing there was an imminent need for positive role models, positive entertainment, and positive influences in the lives of our youth, we quickly chose television as the medium to expose them to programming content that would inspire dreams, renew hope, and promote change. Subsequently, we integrated an educational component that emphasized academic excellence and diversified our television programming.

P.E.N. Television Inc. envisions our television programming as an instrument to usher in school reform and education policy changes. We have unwaveringly committed to using our network as a battering ram to demolish the strongholds of apathy, status quo, and illiteracy that are preventing our teens from positioning themselves to maximize their God-given potential. We strongly believe there is a need to retool the teaching methods and strategies used to educate our teen population. With innovation and a solid commitment as the backdrop, education reform must take center stage, in order to advance the skills and competency of our next generation of leaders, and to close the achievement gap that persist between minority and majority students. A quality education is essential to improving their lives. A quality education will unlock many doors to opportunities. A quality education will be their anti-poverty mechanism.
